LadyB operates the website at ladyb.fashion, a private luxury visual and editorial platform. Access to certain areas may be limited, invitation-based, or subject to separate agreements.

The site is provided for lawful use by adults. By continuing to browse, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

All photography, text, graphics, layouts, design elements, typography choices, trademarks, and software on the site are the property of LadyB or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may browse the site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, frame, scrape, mirror, data-mine or otherwise exploit any portion of the site without prior written consent of the house.

When using the site, you agree not to:

• — interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the site;
• — use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) beyond well-behaved search indexing;

Messages you submit through any form must be truthful and must not contain unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

Access to the private areas of the house is offered under admission tiers (for example, Private Access and Inner Circle) at the rates published on the admission page. Admission is monthly, non-transferable, and tied to the account that subscribed.

Payments are processed by a trusted third-party provider (for example, Stripe). Card data is handled inside that provider’s secure environment — we do not receive, process, or store card numbers. By subscribing you also accept the provider’s applicable terms.

You may cancel your admission at any time through the account or by contacting the house. Cancellation stops further renewals; the current period remains accessible until it ends, after which access is revoked without additional charge. Unless expressly stated otherwise, payments already collected for a billing period are final.

The house may revoke or pause an admission, with or without refund at its reasonable discretion, in case of breach of these terms, abusive use, fraudulent payment, or conduct that is incompatible with the house.

Submitting an inquiry or a partnership request is not an offer and does not constitute acceptance. Collaborations, features and partnerships are entered into only through a separate written agreement between the parties.

The house reserves the right to decline, at its sole discretion, any request that does not align with its editorial and commercial criteria.

The site may contain links to third-party websites and profiles (including social platforms). Those destinations are not controlled by LadyB and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content.

The site is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LadyB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site.

We may revise these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where LadyB operates. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable to you.
