Privacy Policy

Effective · April 2026LDB · MMXXIV

LadyB respects your privacy. This policy describes, in plain terms, what personal information the house collects through this website, how it is used, and the rights you have over that information.

I

Who we are

LadyB operates the website ladyb.fashion, a private luxury access platform. References to “the house”, “we” and “us” in this policy refer to LadyB.

For any privacy-related matter, including the rights described below, please reach out through our contact form.

II

What we collect

We collect only the information you actively provide. When you submit the contact form or the access request form, we receive:

  • — your name
  • — your email address
  • — an optional company or house name
  • — the content of your message

The server also records the IP address, the browser user-agent string, and a timestamp associated with each submission. This data is used to prevent abuse and to contextualise legitimate inquiries.

If you subscribe to one of our admission tiers, our payment provider will collect the information it needs to process the transaction (for example, a billing name and email, and the card data entered in its own secure form). Card data is never stored on our servers — see the section on payments below.

III

How we use it

Personal information is used solely to:

  • — respond to your message;
  • — evaluate partnership and press inquiries;
  • — maintain and secure the website against abuse;
  • — comply with legal obligations if and when required.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing purposes.

IV

How it is stored

Submissions are stored server-side in a restricted log and, where the house has configured email delivery, forwarded to a private inbox accessible only to authorised personnel. The destination address is not published on this website.

We retain submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil their purpose, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

V

Cookies and analytics

The website uses a minimal amount of browser storage for essential functionality — for example, to remember that a visitor has already seen the entry experience during the current session. See the Cookie Policy for details.

Analytics tools may be enabled in the future to understand aggregate traffic. Where such tools are in use, they will be disclosed and subject to the cookie policy.

VI

Payments

Admission to the house is processed by a trusted third-party payment provider (for example, Stripe). When you subscribe, you enter your payment details directly into that provider’s secure form; we never see or store your card number.

We receive only what is strictly necessary to manage your admission: a provider-side customer reference, the email associated with the subscription, the tier, and the subscription status. Full billing terms and refund rules are described in our Terms of Service.

VII

Third parties

The house may rely on trusted infrastructure providers to operate the website, including hosting, DNS, the email form pipeline, and the payment processor described above. These providers act strictly on our instructions and under their own privacy commitments.

We do not knowingly transfer personal information to jurisdictions that lack an adequate level of protection without appropriate safeguards in place.

VIII

Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the EU General Data Protection Regulation where it applies to you), you have the right to:

  • — access the personal information we hold about you;
  • — request correction of inaccurate information;
  • — request erasure of your information;
  • — object to, or request restriction of, certain processing;
  • — receive your information in a portable format;
  • — lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact form.

IX

Security

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. The server applies basic technical and organisational measures to protect submissions, including access restriction and a rate-limited submission pipeline.

No online system is immune to risk. If a material security event affects you, we will act in accordance with our legal obligations.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acknowledgement of the revised policy.
